Zen Mindfulknits Worsted weight, 100% cotton, 168 meters/100g ball, 184 yards/100g ball.
Main Colour (MC): Colour Mumbai. Approx. 158 yards / 144 meters each.
Contrast Colour (CC):Colour Simply White. Approx. 158 yards / 144 meters each.
 
NEEDLES:
4.5mm/US 6 long circular needle. Recommended needle lengths 24 or 32"/60 or 80cm.
 
NOTIONS:
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends, stitch markers, 1 button sized .75"/2cm, craft elastic 1"/2.5cm.
 
GAUGE:
20 Sts x 28 Rows =4 x 4" / 10 x 10 cm in stockinette using a 4.5mm/US 7 size needle.
